1966 was the year I fell in love ... with drawing. I would get VOGUE magazine and copy the drawings from the major stores like Bergdorf Goodman and Sax Fifth Avenue, this was all part of my schooling and drawing the figure became a big part of that process. After tutoring under a couple of fashion illustrators while working full time I landed a job at the largest local department store around, Stewart's. There on the 8th floor in the advertising department my career in fashion started and I knew I had found the path.

The second illustration job was at a high end women's clothing store in Louisville , Ky called BYCK'S where in a few years I was head of the Advertising. Below are a few of the drawing out of the thousands I have created for various stores and clients. Later I became an art director in a small agenct in Chicago who had some fashion clients.
